1. Informational Platform Only
Nufound Wellness is a strictly informational platform. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a doctor-patient relationship. All recommendations are labeled "For informational purposes only." Always consult a licensed medical professional before making health decisions.
2. Provider Listings
Nufound lists pre-vetted healthcare providers as an informational directory service. We do not employ, direct, or supervise listed providers. The platform does not receive commissions on clinical referrals; provider fees are flat-rate SaaS subscriptions fully decoupled from patient volume, ensuring compliance with Anti-Kickback Statute Safe Harbor regulations.
3. Marketplace Products
A 15% net commission applies to D2C product transactions processed via Stripe Connect. This commission applies to supplement, wearable tech, and functional nutrition checkouts only, never to clinical services or referrals.
4. Membership & Billing
Paid memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.
5. No Pay-to-List Policy
A non-refundable application fee applies to provider accreditation. Payment of this fee does not guarantee admission: admission is determined by merit alone, and our clinical review is conducted independently of any payment. Providers cannot purchase, accelerate, or influence an accreditation decision.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, and software are the exclusive property of Nufound Wellness. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
