1. Data We Collect

Nufound Wellness collects information you voluntarily provide when creating an account, completing your health profile, or booking a consultation. This includes contact details, wellness goals, and optional biomarker data you choose to share. We also collect anonymised usage data to improve platform performance.

2. HIPAA Alignment

Any biomarker or health data you submit is stored in an isolated, HIPAA-aligned data silo with end-to-end encryption and Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). No protected health information (PHI) is ever stored in plain text. This platform is strictly informational; we do not store clinical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment directives.

3. CCPA & FIPA Compliance

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Florida residents have rights under the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA). You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at nufoundwellness@pm.me.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with vetted service providers (payment processing via Stripe, email delivery) strictly as needed to operate the platform. Stripe processes all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance; Nufound never stores full card details.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect certain platform features.
